DrumSplit is a neural audio processing service that separates drum elements from audio files. The Service uses a two-stage pipeline to isolate drums from a full mix, then separate them into 5 individual stems: kick, snare, hi-hats, toms, and cymbals.

Your Content: You retain all rights to audio files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any audio you upload.
Our Service: DrumSplit, our neural separation models, website design, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Output Files: You own the separated stem files generated from your uploads. You may use them for any legal purpose consistent with your rights to the original audio.
DrumSplit is a processing tool. We do not host, distribute, or publicly display user-uploaded audio. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to process any audio they upload.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
